The mission of the Rental Housing Association of Southern Alameda County (RHA) is to preserve and enhance the future of the rental housing industry in the communities we serve and to promote the ethical treatment of residents and applicants while protecting our members business investments. We help our owner/manager members operate their rental property successfully and profitably by providing education, information, local government advocacy, products, and services. RHA is the local leader in promoting fair and ethical rental property owners and managers. The RHA is governed by a Board of Directors, which is elected by the general membership. We serve the communities of Ashland, Castro Valley, Cherryland, Dublin, Fairview, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, Pleasanton, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Sunol, and Union City.
