      Working with Mejgan was great. She kept us informed through the process and I'm definitely happy that we were able to get our HELOC processed. Took 29 days from start to finish.

      Worked with Farzana Zamon on a car loan. She was really informative, professional, patient, kind, and responsive. Kept me in the loop every step of the way.       The review is in reference to the real estate loan department. Working with Mejgan Koenig has been a pleasure!       Been using them since I was in high school. Just got my motorcycle refinanced through them and it was a breeze and I saved a TON of money on the interest rate. Highly recommend!

      If you want incompetent people to waste your time whenever you have a quick question about your loan, go with 1st United. They've only been my loan provider for a few months and I can't get one straight answer from their customer service. Seriously, don't bother. Go somewhere else. I'm transferring my loan as soon as possible.

      Thank you to Lisha and Fredo for addressing my issue. After waiting 4-5 months for a modification to a home equity line of credit, their involvement got the ball rolling and it was completed in a matter of days. Obviously begs the question, what was the hold up?

      Checked my account online, the new interest rate is displayed, but not the promotional rate which is supposed to run for eighteen months. I'll be able to check the actual rate I'm being charged when my next statement arrives.

      Anyway, it's unfortunate I had to leave a negative review to get my modification completed, but it is good to see the response it elicited.
