Assisting Hands is an outstanding Home Care agency. As a person who works in healthcare with vast experience in home health care and hospice, I highly recommend their services. The time they take vetting and training their caregivers is extremely detailed. They have a nurse who oversees training and supervisory visits of the caregivers. Most of the caregivers have a CNA background and even a few are LVN's. You must have a minimum of two years experience. The owner has started this branch due to his own personal experience with finding caregivers for his families needs. He has compassion and a great understanding of his clients. When I call needing caregivers for patients, they are able to assess them very quickly.
