I visited Jess today for the first time to get my bushy eyebrows fixed. I've been growing my eyebrows out for a couple of months due to over plucking. Jess took the time to talk me through the shape of eyebrows and was very knowledgeable about different eyebrows - I have Asian eyebrows that just go straight down - and how to work with them.

She then drew on the shape that she thought would fit my face, showed it to me, and made sure I was happy with the shape. I also purchased tinting services so she tinted my eyebrows before waxing and reshaping them. She left some hair outside of the shape until more hair grew out, but in the meantime I'm super happy that there's finally some shape to my eyebrows again.

I'm sooo happy with the services that Jess provided to me. Not only is she a super friendly person, but she knows her stuff and is very detailed in her work. Also, can I just say how aesthetic her salon is? It's clean and smells so good lol. I can't wait to go back in a month to continue my eyebrow journey with Jess.

Was referred to Jess by Christine Sanchez (post below) for permanent jewelry! I decided to get two different gold bracelets. I accidentally broke one and Jess was very accommodating and fixed it for free! I love them so much, so pretty and dainty! Jess is super awesome and so easy to talk to. I basically told her about my whole life in the first 30 minutes. Very welcoming! Would recommend 10/10!!!

I realized how much I hated filling in my brows every morning but I also hated not having my eyebrows filled in. I went to Jessica to get ombré and I absolutely love it. I made sure to follow Jessica's post-ombré directions and I felt great. There was a bit scaring but that was completely normal. My fear was my brows looking too filled in because I naturally don't wear much make up. This was perfect for me! My brows look natural and full after 10 days.

I live a hectic lifestyle and really wanted to decrease the time I spent getting ready. So after much consideration I decided that I would try microblading. This wasn't an easy decision because 1. It's an investment 2. The thought of a blade to my eyebrows was mortifying. I mean so many things can go wrong and even if it's semi permanent do you really want to deal with a botched job? Ladies, we all know the answer is....ABSOLUTELY NOT!

But after following Jess on Instagram for quite some time and doing some research of my own, I decided to go get a consultation. She was extremely thorough, answered all my questions and we set up the appointment. Made sure I understood this was NOT replacing makeup, it would enhance it.

Fast forward to my first session. It was relatively painless, she is a pro, from the numbing to making sure that she used the right shade, most important making you comfortable the whole process was so smooth. I never felt uncomfortable or asked myself if she REALLY knew what she was doing. Once again there's nothing worst then laying on a table asking yourself what is going on?

I followed Jess's instructions to a T. No water on my brows for 10 days, applied ointment just like she told me and 10 days later, like a caterpillar my eyebrows took on a whole new life. Jess is amazing! If you are going to take the time and make the investment you need to visit Jessica.

Best part is that my first session was around the time we were experiencing a major heatwave. I was panicking because I could avoid face sweat, I concerned how it would impact my healing process. I would text Jess and she would get back to me within a short period of time with tips on what to do. What I appreciate most is she also kept me calm. Thank you Jessica!

Second session has fully healed. I'm obsessed! My hair or face makeup can be a mess but my brows are always on point.

I was searching for an eyebrow salon here in the Bay Area since I am from SoCal and attending Cal State East Bay where I am starring in a play. Filming starts in two days and my eyebrows needed a cleaning since I grew them from my birthday on September 1st. I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment because I got lost on the way but Jessica still proceeded on fixing my eyebrows. She asked how I wanted them to look like and I told her how I wanted them. Clean up and arched. She showed me how I look like after the first clean up and I told her to do my eyebrows a bit thinner and she did to which I was satisfied with my eyebrows. She is really nice and made small conversation with me while waxing my eyebrows. I really admire how she shaped my eyebrows especially the left one because that is the one I shaved really thin compared to my right eyebrow and now both are equal. Thank you Jessica for making me camera ready for my play.

Jessica is hands down amazing! I went in with troublesome brows that were crying for help. I've had my moments of being carried away with the tweezers back in the day, which caused some hair to not grow back in places I wish it could and would. Luckily Jessica saved my brows. She takes her time in identifying your natural shape and she makes sure it's what YOU want. She's truly a master in brows.

It is a two session process, but when you get it done, you can understand why. There's little to no pain when she's microblading, but she is gentle and loving with your brows. When the process is over she has little bags to take home with brow treatment cream that you apply gently with a cotton swab twice a day.

All in all, I am completely happy and thankful my brows are alive again. The shape is amazing and everything I hoped and wished for. I honestly save so much time not having to fill in my brows anymore when doing my makeup. I definitely recommend going to her for your brows. You can't beat the price for quality!
