Established in 1987, Top Flight Gymnastics has served California’s East Bay and surrounding area as a family-owned facility. Sporting a fully equipped gym, friendly and experienced coaches, and a convenient location on the border of Fremont and Newark, you’re guaranteed to find a place with our family!

The sport of gymnastics provides fundamentals for all sports and future interests, focusing on flexibility, coordination, strength, self-confidence, discipline, respect, and team-work. These are just a handful of skills our students achieve and use as they grow, through encouragement and acceptance. Our greatest joy is to provide a fun and safe environment to allow the children of today to take flight as they become the successful adults of tomorrow.
