| Duties: | We are looking for a recruiter for our Slingshot Connections office in San Jose!
Duties include:
Assist in managing the flow of candidates for the entire recruiting life cycle
Previous experience in sourcing/recruiting a plus
Phone Screen and pre-screen candidates
Enter and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system
Create/manage job postings on numerous online boards
Review and evaluate inbound applications, resumes and cover letters
Conduct initial phone screens
Provide support in sourcing and research of prospective candidates and companies
Solicit candidate feedback from hiring managers throughout all departments
Assist in preliminary screening and interviewing of prospective candidates
Background/Requirements |
| Experience Required: | Requirements:
At least 2 years recruiting experience in a staffing agency
High volume recruiting preferred
Bilingual a plus
Working knowledge of ATS systems |
