Treasurer Ma is California's top banker, managing in excess of $3.1 Trillion in banking transactions in this past fiscal year, as well as managing over $200 billion in investments.

With California being the fifth largest economy in the world, its health and welfare are paramount to the fiscal success of our country, state, and city. Treasurer Ma will share insights into our current state economy and the 2023 proposed state budget, including the effects upon California's programs and services. Treasurer Ma will detail what it means to local businesses and how to leverage it to your advantage. The Fremont Chamber will also install our Board of Directors who provide leadership and shape Chamber programs.
