I will say that Avi knows the importance of customer satisfaction and that the customer is always right. If you are dissatisfied with something, tell Avi and he will work with his crew to make sure that you are satisfied with the workmanship. Also make sure that all of your supplies have been received before you have them start your project.

Construction & More was a BLESSING!

Backstory: my home had a water/drain leak from the primary bathroom upstairs, which resulted in water damage downstairs in our kitchen and dining room. We originally went with a company that our Home Insurance had recommended. However, after over a year of no work being done, and difficulty getting updates, or even in contact with the project manager, we decided to find another company to work with. That's where Avi and Oren stepped in.

I found their company on Yelp, and saw all their positive reviews and photos of satisfying customers. I met with Avi in October 2023, when he came out a few days after I reached out to his company. He looked over the job, and provided me a quote with a breakdown of all the work that would be included, step by step by step process, as well as what money would be due at what point in the project. What also stood out was their commitment to keeping an open line of communication, and their desire to always make the customer happy. After considering a couple of other bids, we ultimately decided on Construction & More.

By November 2023, a week after signing the work contract, they had already pulled permits for the work to be done. Rinat and the design team came out to take initial measurements of the kitchen for the cabinets and countertops, and then came back again a month later, to remeasure before the materials were ordered. The scope of work included kitchen cabinets and countertop replacement, minimizing the kitchen window to add additional cabinets and countertop space, some holes/sheetrock repairs, and adding a sub panel to update electrical wiring to current code. They started work on December 11, and told me that the job would likely be done late January 2024. The job ultimately ended the first week of February, because I had asked for additional items not included in the original contract. We decided to remove the 2 soffits in the kitchen, which required rerouting gas and water lines. I also added recessed lights in the formal living room next to the dining room. So the project truly completed according to their timeline.

The main worker assigned was Daniel, who was GREAT. He showed up on time, cleaned up after his day was over, and was very professional. He always let me know what they were working on for the day, and what would be upcoming the rest of the week, so I always knew what was happening. Foreman Dave would also stop by every week or two, to check the status of the job. Project Managers Avi and Oren would also make regular visits to ensure the job was moving along. Everyone involved was very attentive, and addressed any questions or concerns we had.

No job is ever going to run 100% smooth. There were concerns that came about throughout the job, such as paint needing an additional coat, or the countertop seam needing cleaning/redone. I was able to reach out to Avi and Oren for anything and everything, and they addressed it immediately. At the end, my family and I are extremely happy with the results.

I would HIGHLY recommend Construction & More for your future projects. They are attentive, considerate, and always make sure to take care of customer needs. Their bid was competitive and reasonable, and will be definitely using them for future projects.

Back at the holidays, we had a dishwasher go bad, which caused extensive water damage to our kitchen, requiring the replacement of numerous cabinets. Since it had been 20 years since our last remodel, we decided to redo the kitchen and modernize the look. I found Constuction & More through YELP with great reviews, so we contacted them to see what they could offer. We met with Joseph and Avi, who were excited to take on the job and give my wife "the kitchen of her dreams," they did not disappoint. 


Starting with the design phase, construction work, and through the final cleaning, all went well and was completed on time.  Team members showed up every day as expected, were on time, worked hard, and any concerns that surfaced were addressed and resolved right away. Ultimately, my wife (and I) got that dream kitchen we were promised, and we are happy with the end result.


Construction & More were professional, responsive, and motivated to do a great job. Should we ever need any type of construction work again, we would certainly have no hesitation to use them again.  Also, we would recommend them to others whenever possible and already have.  Thank you, Joseph, Avi, and your team for a job well done.

After interviewing several potential construction firms, we chose Construction & More for our primary bathroom remodel project. We initially reached out to the team around May 2023, once all materials were all acquired the project took ~6 weeks start to finish and wrapped up in October 2023.

We have done several remodel projects over the years, and Construction & More is by far the best team we have worked with. They care about their craft, are very responsive and communicative, and take care of all the permits and inspections. No project is ever perfect, and what we appreciated about the team is their openness to listen, make adjustments and address our questions and concerns. We recently hired this renovation business to work on a full house makeover that included a redesigned kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, and other upgrades. Oren and Tal were our project managers and they provided excellent attention to detail and knowledge. The commitment of the entire staff made our house a gorgeous place. The whole renovation went smoothly. Tal and Oren's communication abilities kept us updated at every stage. They made sure that the design was both aesthetically beautiful and useful, going above and beyond our expectations! We wanted to remodel our home and make an addition to the house. We had interviewed quite a few contractors at the time and found Joesph and Avi at Construction & more. These guys are very responsive and detailed when giving you a quote and cover every details that gives you an idea of how much work is really involved.

We started with our remodel project of the existing home that included updating bathrooms, flooring and paint for the entire house. And then landed up updating our kitchen. They helped us every step of the way! Through the entire process, Joesph and Avi have always been on top of the project(s), keeping us in the loop at all times. They are easy to reach out to if you have any questions or concerns and make it a point to get back to you quickly. They are open to feedback and go out of their way to make their customers happy.

Now we are venturing in to the second half of our project which is the addition and looking forward to what they do. In short, they are a complete package with their in house team of architect, design, contractors and access to vendors making exchanging ideas, discuss, align and make changes very fast.

Finished the bathroom remodeling in my condo, it was an amazing, quick and easy experience .
All the way from their office manager Mor who scheduled an appointment the next day, to Joseph and Avi who managed this project , They were very friendly and highly experienced and got me on the right path in this project .
After debating what to do with the old bath in the condo I decided to switch to a modern shower , such a good choice !
