BEAWARE!!!
My husband wanted to get gutters put on our house, I was home but I wasn't available when the rep came to our home. The representative told my husband he would give him two weeks to talk to me and decide if he/we wanted the job done. So, my husband being someone who believes everyone is honest to their word and a handshake, was led to believe that if he gave his credit card information that it wouldn't be charged until my husband called back with a go ahead to do the job or if not then he wouldn't be charged. He was never left with a contract or a copy of the credit card receipt/information. And yes he was not smart for not getting the copy of the credit card slip. All he was given was a handshake and a verbal promise. Things can change fast in almost two weeks. My husband called the company and explained how we weren't going to do the gutters and if things change we will definitely keep them in mind. The rep my husband was speaking to become real loud and angry real quick and told my husband that he had to pay a 25% cancelation fee. My husband asked why, and received the answer, you signed a contract. My husband informed the rep he never signed a contract, he did sign a slip of paper that the rep said was "this is my card and i am the owner of this credit card and its debts ", but no contract was supposed to be until he spoke to me. Well, they decided to charge the credit card. We are disputing the charge, the company still has yet to give us a copy of this contract the say that have and it's been almost a month. Now the company is threatening to put a lean on our house if we pursue dispute over the charge with the bank. So, now we are getting threatening calls from the company once a week. This is literally all they left my husband.
This company is not going to be threatening me into compliance with their (in my opinion) fraudulent practice way of doing business.

The folks at Four Seasons Gutter Filter went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the price and their product.

I'll give them four stars for overall service, but the product may not be a fit for every house. We had their gutter filters installed on all of our gutters - I liked the overall quality of the product, and the sales rep bring samples of the competitors filters. The Four Seasons version is sturdier, by far the best constructed. The installer was great - finished up quickly, clean up afterwards. We also had a new drain pipe installed, and he repositioned and fastened some of our sagging gutters. The problem was have is the mesh size - very small, and we had an issue with water running over the mesh for heavy rains - we have steep, tile roofs. Four Seasons came out and replaced most of the filters with a slightly larger mesh. This still did not solve some of the drip problems for us. Overall though, four stars for customer service and installation, and quality of the product. It was just not the best fit for our situation.

We met the sales rep Ian to install the rain gutter guard. He promptly arrived on time and was very professional and thorough in pinpointing the issues with our rain gutter, giving applicable solutions while patiently answering many concerns and questions.

This might be an odd review, because we ended up NOT using four seasons.
The only reason we didn't sign with them , is because right now it doesn't work for us financially, that being said , after researching several other "Gutter Guard" type companies, I can honestly say that four seasons has the best product, by far.
It was also an absolute pleasure to have their sales rep Jamie in our home. He was informative, polite, but he's also one of those guys that we ended up talking about family , finances and the sort of stuff that you only talk about when you truly feel comfortable with someone. It may be another 6 months before we can have these installed, but when the time comes, four seasons, and jamie, will be getting our business.

Workers were on the job and installed gutter guards same day we agreed on price and discounts. Sales rep was very through, explained product and process. Also offered discounts for military service, seniors and other incentives according to how we paid. Price was reasonable in comparison to other gutter guard companies quotes.

Quality product! Fair prices! Great people who are all friendly and knowledgeable! No sales pressure!

What a relief after dealing with the deception of another gutter outfit that's part of a highly marketed national franchise. It was easy to contact this business by email for an estimate request which was soon followed up with a phone call from Brian who kindly arranged the estimate appointment. Estimator Bill readily answered all my challenging questions and provided me assurance that this business implores integrity for both its staff and product. Installer Randy completed the project less than one week later with the pride of a craftsman by laboring to get the filter in place just right and cheerfully explaining the process. He tackled one long, difficult gutter from the roof because it's inaccessible from the ground due to a patio shade cover. He thoroughly tested a suspect downspout and discovered a flow defect from construction 20 years ago that has caused a recurring blockage which he fixed. While on the roof at my request he took the attached pictures of the installed gutter filter so I could see his work.

I have faith in the company and product that the new gutter filter will prevent annoying and potentially damaging rainwater overflow for many years to come.

This product is well known and respected around the world which you can see on Google / YouTube. Interestingly, the gutter filter is fabricated locally in Loomis, CA, just outside Rocklin.

This review is on behalf of Cody who represented the company at the recent Lodi Grape Festival held in Lodi, CA. I stopped by his booth. He was very knowledgeable about the product as compared to other gutter filters out there. He was very professional and pleasant. An all around great guy!

Mostly the work they did was really good. I have the feeling they don't have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I had an issue with part of the work; and instead of coming back out to take care of it, they told me how I could fix the problem. I am 73 years old; and I need to avoid ladders as much as possible. And, they told me how I should fix the issue?

I went with Four Seasons Gutter Filter base on research on-line and in person presentation, it was the best option for the cost.

10/19/20 11:30-1:00 Bill (Mgr) showed up early! Total time 1.5 hrs; greeting, measuring gutters( 184' Just house and patio ), assessing, discussing product and then offer. He did not talk down other competitors or their products like Buyers. He did list out differences of Leaf Guard being plastic and theirs being metal. Also making sure to choose the right kind of metal to use with my gutters. He was very open and straight up with my questions which I had many. I agreed to terms which locked me in for 10 days. He said Zach would be there 10/28 to clean and install. I even called back with questions about install and he was very responsive.
--Now to be clear, I had looked at 2 others before picking Four Seasons. I will tell you, Leaf Guard was 30mins late, asked to use bathroom(during COVID-19), then proceeded to take close to 3hr before he left. During pres he stop a number of times after a he showed me positive feedback, "was I willing to go with them cause they are so good"! I would respond with let's see the price. It was not til end of his spiel he then dropped price 4 times ( 80%off original price) to get me to lock in that day....NO WAY. Sounds to good to be true it usually is.

10/28/20: 9:50-4:3: 4season installer; Zach here to start work early based on 10 sch, Brian showed up at 11 to drop off all needed guards, Zach had removed all old guards, cleaned out gutter with my blower(no water) only one plugged drain on patio East side, said all rest were good, he caulked all gutter ends with roofing stuff which has tar in it. He cut branches off roof and even washed 2x solar cell panels clean upon request. I watched him create dam for roof valley(2x back, 1x in front), install all flats and made mods 45 cuts in straight with sheers. Done at 3:45 gave me warranty and signed he did not take money as he still needed to come back that Friday to place more end caps on gutters.
He called and showed up and did work as agreed Friday. I like him and had a good can do attitude.

Can't comment on guard performance as still early Fall with no rain but they look good and looking forward to no clogged gutters this year!
